Doug Spencer, Director of Operations - dspencer@airshareselite.com

Doug Spencer joins AirShares Elite's full-time Atlanta Operations team as Director of Operations for the Southeast Region. He has served for nearly three years as Client Services Weekend Manager, in part-time scheduling and coordination roles.
He holds a bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, and worked for more than 23 years in a Telecommunications career that included key Customer Service and relationship management roles focused on major customers like BellSouth Telecommunications. He has since worked as a construction and remodeling contractor and in Mammography X-ray equipment refurbishment and repair.
Doug began a love for aviation shortly after graduating from college, and amassed more than 40 hours toward a private pilot certification, training under Evelyn Bryan Johnson of Morristown, Tennessee (a 2007 NAHF inductee). He is excited about finally finishing that, and going onto other ratings while serving in this new role with AirShares.
Joe Davis, Regional Chief Pilot - jdavis@airshareselite.com

Joe has been instructing professionally in the Atlanta area since 2002, and has enjoyed a working relationship with AirShares Elite since its inception. An Atlanta native, he took his first flight lesson at Dekalb-Peachtree Airport at age 17, and he has not looked back since.
Now, as Regional Chief Pilot for the Southeast, Joe brings nearly two thousand hours of Cirrus experience to AirShares. A Cirrus Standardized Instructor for nearly three years, he is very active in the Cirrus Pilot Proficiency Program, teaching Aviation Weather, Single-Pilot Resource Management, and Advanced Avionics for the Cirrus Owner’s and Pilot’s Association. One of his most memorable flights with AirShares was a mission over New Orleans the day after Katrina with a CNN camerman on board.
Additionally, Joe is the Chief Pilot and Co-Founder of P&C Aviation, a Cirrus training and pilot services organization that supports Airshares with highly-experienced and well-trained CSIP instructors.
In his free time, Joe enjoys playing tennis as part of his ALTA (Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association) teams, boating (he is a licensed Coast Guard Captain), and playing guitar.
