...By comparison [to sole ownership], AirShares Elite is nirvana. When I need to use the plane, I make a reservation online in about one minute, or place a telephone call to an 800 number that takes about two minutes. And then I show up and Jet Aviation hands me keys.All databases . on the plane are up to date. If the outside air temperature is below freezing, Jet Aviation will have pulled the plane out 15 minutes before my departure, so I don't have to worry about overnight temperatures or recent snowfalls. If I notice a squawk, I write it on a piece of paper and the problem gets taken care of by someone else. I don't worry about maintaining the airplane, or time lost due to service issues. The use of an airplane has now become an easy, known-cost, no-hassle extension of my life... - Michael B.

... There is an intense focus on customer service. Gabriel; Bob and the rest of the line crew are always on top of things and provide a spotless plane fully provisioned! Their safety pilots and instructors have been the best in helping me get my IFR rating and understand the full capabilities of the cockpit.

The one area that I want to highlight is the maintenance team. Mac Little (AirShares Director of Maintenance) and the rest of the team are very proactive in ensuring that they have the safest planes in the air. As Cirrus as had some growing pains, it's been pretty transparent to the owners as the team developed a great relationship with the factory and all the little irritations that you would have as an individual owner or as part of a group are managed and fixed by AirShares. ... I started with AirShares about a year ago. Since then, I've flown almost 200 hours with them. In all of that flying, I have only once not been able to make a trip. In all cases they have jumped through whatever hoops necessary to accommodate my last minute requests; and in all cases requests that were a week or more in advance were never a problem. David Lee, their President, is one of the easiest people to work with I have ever met. Nothing is ever a problem for him, and he has bent over backwards to give me much more than I ever paid for.

The airplanes are very well maintained, and the service ... with attentive line crew who do everything from checking your oil and double checking your fuel order to helping you load your passengers and bags.

In addition to all the above, they even help with booking your hotels and rental cars. AirShares Elite has absolutely been a full partner in my business travel and I feel like the guys who step out of the King Air's on red carpets. All I do is get in and fly, and the rest of the details are handled by AirShares.
